About the role#
FMC Corporation is looking for interns to join our 2027 summer cohort. This program provides hands-on experience in the digital organization. You will work on projects that build your IT skills and help you understand our digital functions. This position is based at our headquarters and operates on a hybrid schedule.
What you'll do#
- Support digital teams with daily tasks and special projects.
- Help modernize IT efforts and work on process improvement initiatives.
- Share your ideas and participate as a team member in meetings and networking events.
- Learn through job shadowing, mentoring, and training opportunities.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor or graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Data Science.
- You have completed at least your first year of undergraduate studies.
- You have a solid grasp of basic IT principles.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.
- You have strong organizational skills and pay close attention to detail.

- Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June through August).
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Employment: Full-time, paid internship.
