About the role#
FMC Corporation is looking for motivated students to join our 2027 HR summer intern cohort. This program provides hands-on experience across areas like Talent Management, Total Rewards, and HR Operations. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of the human resources function while working on projects that develop your professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Assist the HR team with daily activities and special projects.
- Participate in initiatives to modernize HR efforts and support process improvement.
- Attend department meetings and networking events.
- Engage in job shadowing, mentoring, and training opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor or graduate degree program with a focus on Human Resources or Business.
- Completion of at least the first year of undergraduate studies.
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic HR principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Ability to perform administrative tasks with a high degree of autonomy.
