About the role#
Flex is looking for an Inventory Control Management Co-Op for the Fall 2026 semester. Based in Orangeburg, South Carolina, this role supports the Inventory Control Manager with initiatives related to production, material planning, and reporting. You will learn the basics of material and production planning, including ERP and planning workflows.
What you'll do#
- Assist with inventory initiatives to support production and material planning.
- Support process mapping and documentation for planner activities.
- Prepare daily and weekly production, inventory, and material reports.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects.
- Provide ad-hoc support during month-end activities and planner tasks.
- Gather data for inventory analysis, trends, and dashboards.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor degree program, preferably in Business Administration or Supply Chain.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn new processes and tools.
- Previous internship, co-op, or project experience is a plus.
- Flowchart knowledge is a plus.
