About the role#
This summer internship focuses on SAP master data quality and governance within Hubbell Utility Solutions. You will gain exposure to manufacturing operations, supply chain processes, and data analytics while working on projects that impact our business. The program runs for 10 to 12 weeks during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assess the accuracy and consistency of material master data.
- Develop metrics to measure data quality.
- Benchmark performance across different manufacturing sites.
- Analyze data results to recommend strategies for governance and process improvement.
- Present findings to the local management team at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university through August 2027.
- Pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Ability to analyze processes, identify gaps, and document findings.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.
- Prior internship or co-op experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or process improvement is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP, ERP systems, or inventory management is helpful.

- This position is based on-site in St. Louis, Missouri.
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- Hourly pay ranges from $22.50 to $29.00 per hour.
