About the role#
Fischer Homes is offering a full-time Summer 2027 internship for students interested in a career in new home sales. You will work one-on-one with an Elite Coach to learn our sales process and gain hands-on experience in the construction industry. This role requires working weekends, with two consistent weekdays off.
What you'll do#
- Learn the Fischer Homes sales process by working alongside an Elite Coach.
- Ensure our communities, model homes, and market homes are maintained as effective sales tools.
- Complete Sales eLearning courses and perform a full practice demonstration of the sales process.
- Shop competitors to identify and understand our unique selling features.
- Coordinate Realtor and community events with your coach.
- Conduct prospecting calls.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- A self-starting attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- The ability to work in various physical conditions, including construction sites with uneven terrain, and the physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs.
