About the role#
Fidelity Canada is hiring a student for the Operations Controls team for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid position based in our Toronto office. You will work in a hybrid capacity as part of our team.
What you'll do#
- Review and clear accounts that may be associated with money laundering.
- Analyze transactions related to anti-money laundering, anti-terrorist financing, and fraud detection.
- Create, prepare, and analyze statistical reports.
- Assist with day to day administrative duties.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a registered university co-op program.
- Currently working toward a degree in finance, commerce, business, or economics, having completed your 1st or 2nd year.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on customer service.
- A genuine interest in the financial services industry and capital markets.
- Availability to work on a full-time basis for the duration of the term.
