About the role#
This position is with Fidelity Clearing Canada (FCC), a division that handles clearing and custody for client assets. FCC supports Canadian brokerage firms and portfolio managers with trade execution and back-office services. As a student in Product Solutions and Marketing, you will support the team in delivering product enhancements and managing client interactions.
What you'll do#
- Research and analyze the market, competitors, and the position of FCC within the industry.
- Support monthly and quarterly product adoption and KPI reporting.
- Assist in writing internal and external communications regarding product enhancements.
- Help test software functionality to support the delivery of product enhancements.
- Manage client feedback by logging items from the product solutions mailbox and sending initial responses.
- Share social media best practices and assist in writing social shares.
- Create content marketing and promotional materials to support FCC sales teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a registered university co-op program.
- Pursuing a degree with a concentration in business or marketing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- A strong interest in content and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of and interest in the financial industry and capital markets.
- Availability to work on a full-time basis for the duration of the Winter 2027 term.
