About the role#
The PC Mastercard team is looking for a student to support lifecycle management and partnership initiatives. You will work with Digital, Marketing, Product, and Data teams to improve cardholder engagement and retention. This role offers exposure to partnership management, data analysis, and project coordination.
What you'll do#
- Support lifecycle management initiatives to improve card usage and the overall cardholder experience.
- Analyze customer, campaign, and business performance data to identify trends and support business recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and track business initiatives.
- Research customer behaviors and market trends.
- Create reports, analyses, and presentations for internal stakeholders and partner meetings.
- Assist in managing strategic partner relationships through performance tracking and monthly reporting.
- Coordinate partner quarterly business reviews and internal monthly business reviews.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities at once.
