    About the role#

    As a student in FCC Operations, you will join the division responsible for the clearing and custody of client assets at Fidelity Canada. You will work with our clients, including introducing brokers and portfolio managers, to support their back-office needs. This role provides exposure to various account types and business models within the financial services industry.

    What you'll do#

    • Perform day to day administrative duties.
    • Reconcile accounts.
    • Create, prepare, and analyze statistical reports.
    • Learn about financial products and industry operations.
    • Collaborate with various Operations departments.
    • Manage your workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Develop multi-tasking skills in a professional environment.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently enrolled in a registered university co-op program.
    • Working towards a degree in finance, commerce, business, or economics, ideally having completed your 1st or 2nd year.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on customer service.
    • A keen interest in capital markets and the financial services industry.
    • Ability to work on a full-time basis for the duration of the term.

    • Term: Winter 2027.
    • Work Modality: Hybrid.
    • Employment Type: Full-time.
    • Compensation: This is a paid position with an hourly rate between $23.00 and $27.00.
