About the role#
The Crypto Operations team maintains products and manages firm risk. As an intern, you will act as a technical product and operations expert. You will own processes that keep our crypto products running and work with teams to scale our offerings. You will partner with desks including Trading, Money Movements, Account Servicing, and Risk Management to identify optimization opportunities and provide feedback that informs product development.
What you'll do#
- Monitor order and execution health, blockchain network performance, and liquidity management.
- Handle and troubleshoot complex customer escalations, including root-cause analysis.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and translate needs into product requirements.
- Collaborate with product operations to design scalable solutions.
- Contribute to the design and enhancement of internal tools by testing workflows and providing feedback.
- Partner with engineering to ensure tools meet operational needs.
- Support product launches and feature rollouts.
- Develop clear process documentation.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related analytical field.
- Expected graduation date of Winter 2027 or Summer 2028.
- Strong attention to detail and critical-thinking skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- An operational and product-oriented mindset.
- A data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Interest in crypto, blockchain technology, and emerging financial products.
Location & details#
- This internship is located in New York, New York.
- The role is hybrid, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
- This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027.
