About the role#
As a People Partner Intern, you will join the PeopleX team to support our strategy and operations. You will work on projects that help build a high-performance culture and improve the employee experience. This role is a chance to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and program delivery.
What you'll do#
- Support key PeopleX initiatives, including business support and program delivery.
- Analyze employee feedback, operational data, and program outcomes to identify trends.
- Partner with Centers of Excellence across the business to solve people-related problems.
- Help deliver internal programs that contribute to an inclusive employee experience.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program, preferably in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or a related field.
- Prior HR experience, such as an internship or co-op.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Curiosity and a desire to learn.
- Familiarity with Workday and Google Suite is a plus.

- Location: New York, New York.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
