About the role#
The Procurement and Vendor Management Office (VMO) manages third-party vendors and partners at Robinhood. As a Vendor Management Intern, you will use data analysis, AI tools, and strategic planning to assess risk and manage vendor performance. You will also assist with Third-Party policy and program governance.
What you'll do#
- Support quarterly third-party business reviews by presenting analysis on performance, risks, and improvement areas.
- Manage an assigned portfolio of vendors and partners, including due diligence, risk assessments, and issue resolution.
- Monitor and track third-party Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
- Partner with internal teams to build Third-Party Risk Management solutions.
- Use AI-powered automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Support the termination of third-party relationships while ensuring company data and assets remain secure.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time, degree-seeking program in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date in Summer 2028 or Summer 2029.
- Strong written, verbal, quantitative, and analytical skills.
- Experience using AI tools.
- Foundational understanding of or interest in financial products and services.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn and experiment with new tools.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based in New York, New York.
- The work modality is hybrid, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
- We do not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
