About the role#
The Crypto Partnerships team expands Robinhood's presence in the Web3 ecosystem. You will help identify, evaluate, and execute strategic alliances with infrastructure providers, builders, and other companies. This role involves deep market research, competitor analysis, and relationship management to support growth on Robinhood Chain and our broader crypto platforms.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate potential integrations with crypto infrastructure providers, major wallets, decentralized applications, and institutional companies.
- Support the management of vendor contracts, service level agreements, and co-marketing campaigns.
- Partner with product, engineering, and legal teams to synthesize the technical, financial, and strategic implications of new partnerships.
- Find ways to use AI to speed up the identification and support of new partnerships.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date of Winter 2027 or Summer 2028.
- A strong interest in cryptocurrency and working knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, DeFi mechanics, and market trends.
- Analytical skills to turn complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an environment where priorities shift quickly.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
