About the role#
This is a full-time student position within the Client Services Planning and Analysis team. You will support the division by applying statistical analysis to identify business needs and trends. You will work with a mentor and participate in an internal training program focused on professional skills like communication, business etiquette, and emotional intelligence.
What you'll do#
- Research and analyze data to uncover trends that impact business performance and industry competitiveness.
- Assist in the creation of divisional scorecards and business plan models.
- Produce accurate and timely performance reports for the Client Services division.
- Provide management with feedback regarding data variances.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a registered university co-op program.
- Progress toward a degree in finance, commerce, business, or economics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Strong statistical modelling and analytical skills.
- Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
- A detail-oriented approach with problem-solving capabilities.
