About the role#
Fidelity Canada is seeking a student to join the Transfer Agent Processing team for the Winter 2027 term. This role supports a team of professionals who provide direct service to clients in their preferred language of French or English. You will work in a hybrid capacity and must be available on a full-time basis for the duration of the co-op term.
What you'll do#
- Support service distribution queues and transaction processing activities.
- Process account setups, non-financial requests, and account features.
- Partner with the Client Services Project Analyst or departmental subject matter experts to implement key initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to provide value-added service to clients.
- Assist with the documentation of current end-to-end process flows for the departments.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a registered co-op program.
- Progress toward a university degree, ideally with a focus on Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
- Strong customer service focus with effective listening and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Interest and knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Bilingualism in French and English is preferred.
- Previous experience in the financial services sector is considered an asset.
