About the role#
The Construction Intern provides technical and functional support for ongoing construction activities in the field. This is a full-time, paid position based in San Antonio, Texas.
What you'll do#
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Prepare labor schedules.
- Order and receive materials, supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Process change orders.
- Recommend solutions to design changes throughout the construction process.
- Manage subcontractor scope of work for various contracts.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Engineering, or Construction Science.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.
