    About the role#

    This internship provides an opportunity to contribute to the financial system through project work and professional development. You will work within various departments across the Bank for a 10-week period. This role is full-time and based in Kansas City.

    What you'll do#

    • Act as a consultant to management by completing projects and preparing recommendations for programs or practices.
    • Engage with emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence tools, to support project outcomes.
    • Perform quantitative analytical assignments to interpret data and drive decision making.
    • Use data visualization tools like Tableau to synthesize information and create reports.
    • Gain exposure to multiple business lines to build an understanding of Bank operations.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment as an undergraduate student graduating between May 2027 and May 2028, or status as a current graduate student.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working in team environments.
    • Ability to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

    • Location: Kansas City, Missouri.
    • Modality: Hybrid (full-time on-site with 5 days per month of remote flexibility).
    • Term: Summer 2027.
    • Compensation: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour.
