About the role#
The Sophomore Career Exploration Internship is a ten-week summer program designed for undergraduate students. Interns join a cohort-based model to gain real-world experience, receive mentorship from professionals, and participate in learning events with senior leaders. This role is a full-time, paid position based on-site in New York.
What you'll do#
Interns contribute to technology projects across areas such as information security, data management, software development, and business operations. Your daily work may include:
- Coding software and testing code.
- Preparing and managing data.
- Running competitive analyses and research for technology teams.
- Analyzing current and new technology architecture designs.
- Implementing and deploying applications across multiple environments.
What you'll need#
- You are currently an undergraduate sophomore with an expected graduation date between Winter 2028 and Spring 2029.
- You have a demonstrated interest in computer science, information systems, application development, or business technology.
- You possess basic programming skills in one or more areas, including Java, JavaScript, SQL, Scala, Python, or HTML/CSS.
- You have a working knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
- You demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
