About the role#
As a sophomore intern within the Process Simplification and Automation team, you will help the bank define efficient ways to execute business processes while maintaining quality. You will gain behind-the-scenes exposure to bank operations and contribute to solutions that improve the employee experience. This is a 10-week, full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Participate in the Process Champions Program to analyze business process steps and interdependencies.
- Partner with a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Citizen Developer to support automation strategy and development.
- Complete the UiPath Citizen Developer Automation certification.
- Identify ways to simplify work using current and new AI technology within the Executive Office.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate sophomore status.
- Anticipated graduation date between Winter 2028 and Spring 2029.
- Basic understanding of the fundamentals of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development.
- Ability to learn new systems through independent research and collaboration with mentors.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Business Administration.
