About the role#
The RPCA Project Management Office is looking for an intern to support AI and digital transformation initiatives. You will apply software development, data analytics, and artificial intelligence skills to improve reporting automation and business intelligence across radio product development projects.
What you'll do#
- Build dashboards, analytics, and project intelligence tools using enterprise data.
- Develop AI-powered solutions to automate PMO processes and reporting.
- Create proof-of-concepts using Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, KIRO, and automation technologies.
- Write scripts, applications, and integrations to improve project execution and decision making.
- Support digital transformation efforts involving JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, and KIRO.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field.
- Programming experience in Java, Python, C/C++, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals, software development, and data analytics.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with AI/ML projects, dashboard development, or data analytics.
- Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Git, Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, Azure AI, Power Automate, and JIRA.
- Experience building web applications, data pipelines, or automation tools.

- Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
- Work Modality: On-site (5 days per week).
- Term: Winter 2027.
- Employment Type: Full-time, paid internship.
