About the role#
We are looking for a technical AI Product Intern to join our team for the Winter 2027 term. You will work directly with the AI product team to build prototypes and support our GenAI and AI Agent initiatives. This is a full-time, 4-month role where you will turn ambiguous problems into working solutions.
What you'll do#
- Build working demos in live code to explore product opportunities.
- Create annotated datasets to improve LLM-based systems.
- Evaluate the quality of multilingual model output.
- Develop and refine product analytics in Pendo.
- Analyze product usage data in Pendo and Databricks to generate insights for the product roadmap.
- Craft and refine documentation in Confluence.
- Support development workflows and experimentation infrastructure.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Computer Science or Engineering program.
- Proven experience with machine learning, specifically with GenAI or LLM applications.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with tools like Databricks, Pendo, and Visual Studio.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work with minimal guidance.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate ambiguous tasks into clear outputs.
- Front-end experience with React or Streamlit is preferred.
- Familiarity with multilingual NLP or localization tools is a plus.

- Term: Winter 2027 (January to April).

- Status: Full-time (37.5 to 40 hours weekly).
- Compensation: Paid internship.
