About the role#
This is a full-stack software development internship within the Genesys Cloud Workforce Engagement Management team. You will work on AI Scoring, Agent Evaluation, and Survey solutions. These products help enterprise customers evaluate customer interactions and drive coaching based on data. You will participate in the entire software development lifecycle.
What you'll do#
- Build production features, backend flows, APIs, and UIs for evaluation and survey tools.
- Deliver secure, scalable applications on AWS infrastructure.
- Write automated tests for new features.
- Participate in code reviews and debug issues.
- Use AI developer tools to generate code, debug complex problems, and navigate the production codebase.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience with a modern programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with web development fundamentals.
- Interest in frontend, backend, or full-stack development.
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively within a team.
Location & details#
- Location: Toronto, Ontario.
- Term: Summer 2027 (8 to 16 months).
- Modality: Hybrid (1-2 days per week in the Toronto office).
- Employment: Full-time paid internship.
