About the role#
Ericsson is seeking a Customer Solutions Intern to join the CTO organization in Bellevue, Washington. This internship focuses on the intersection of next-generation mobile networks, AI, cloud technologies, and business strategy. You will work alongside technology leaders to explore innovations and support the future of connectivity. This is a 12-week, full-time, paid position beginning June 7, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support the enablement of technologies such as 5G/6G, cloud-native platforms, AI, and network automation.
- Assist with technology strategy initiatives and customer-focused innovation projects.
- Evaluate industry trends and prepare summaries, recommendations, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the CTO team on network transformation, standardization, regulatory perspectives, and technology planning.
- Use AI-enabled tools to analyze information, identify trends, and improve productivity.
- Gain exposure to customer engagement and technology leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor, Master, or PhD program in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, or Cloud Computing.
- A strong interest in wireless networks, AI, automation, and emerging technology trends.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to research complex topics and explain technical concepts clearly.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across technical and business teams.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a drive to solve challenging problems.
- Experience with data analysis, scripting, programming, or technology research is helpful.
Location & details#
- Location: Bellevue, Washington (On-site)
- Term: Summer 2027 (12 weeks)
- Compensation: $28 to $36 per hour for Bachelors, $41 to $44 per hour for Masters, and $52 per hour for PhD students.
- Note: This position does not offer visa sponsorship or support for F-1 students on CPT or EAD.
