About the role#
We are looking for an Operational Sourcing Intern to join our team in Plano. You will work alongside sourcing, accounting, and operations professionals to support our North American business. This role focuses on using data to improve our sourcing processes and supplier management.
What you'll do#
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track supplier performance, spend, compliance, and savings.
- Develop analytical models to identify process inefficiencies and supplier trends.
- Use AI and automation tools to streamline sourcing workflows.
- Create data pipelines and reporting solutions using Microsoft and enterprise platforms.
- Analyze large datasets to provide actionable business recommendations.
- Support strategic projects involving data governance and predictive analytics.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelors or Masters program in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, or automated workflows.
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot, or AI/ML concepts.
- A basic understanding of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
