About the role#
As a Strategy Analyst Intern, you will work within the North American Strategy & Technology organization. You will analyze markets, competitors, customers, and business performance to support growth and competitive positioning. This role provides hands-on experience in strategy, market intelligence, and business advisory. You will collaborate with strategy, technology, sales, and business development teams to turn complex information into actionable recommendations.
What you'll do#
- Analyze market, customer, competitor, technology, and business-performance data to identify patterns and implications.
- Research emerging solutions, industry players, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Build Excel models, scenario analyses, benchmarks, and charts to support business planning and investment cases.
- Contribute to market intelligence deliverables, including competitor assessments, market sizing, and executive-ready insight summaries.
- Structure complex business problems, formulate hypotheses, and synthesize findings into clear conclusions.
- Develop presentations and written materials to communicate information to stakeholders.
- Create reusable templates, dashboards, and research assets to improve team efficiency.
- Participate in workshops and meetings, helping to prepare agendas and track project actions.
- Use approved AI, analytics, and productivity tools to accelerate research while maintaining accuracy.
- Build professional capabilities through apprenticeship in problem solving, data analysis, and executive communication.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD program in business, economics, finance, engineering, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or data science.
- A minimum 2.7 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
- Strong quantitative skills and experience with Excel modeling, charts, and scenario analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in Word.
- Ability to break down unfamiliar problems and work with incomplete information.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative and proactive working style.
- A genuine interest in telecommunications, wireless networks, AI, cloud, and emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.

- Location: Plano, Texas.
- Duration: 12 weeks, starting May 25, 2027.
- Commitment: Full-time internship.
