About the role#
As a Marketing & Events Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the strategic and logistical aspects of event management and marketing. This role focuses on event planning, execution, operational support, and performance tracking. You will work within the Marketing & Communications department to support projects ranging from executive briefings to trade shows.
What you'll do#
- Support the planning and coordination of in-person and virtual events.
- Assist in managing event logistics, including vendor coordination, venue preparation, and stakeholder communications.
- Help develop and maintain marketing budgets, project calendars, and operational workflows.
- Support cross-team coordination to ensure alignment across marketing and events.
- Contribute to documentation, process improvements, and internal communications.
- Collect and analyze data on event attendance, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
- Track marketing metrics and campaign impact in collaboration with analytics teams.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in an accredited Bachelors or Master’s program in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- A minimum 2.7 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
- Familiarity with AI tools and experience using AI automated workflows.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Interest in the technology and telecommunications sectors.
- Availability for a full-time, 12-week internship.
