About the role#
This internship focuses on business performance and transformation within the North American market. You will work with various departments including Finance, Accounting, Commercial, and Operations to solve business problems through data-driven insights. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and technical execution to help improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
What you'll do#
- Drive strategic projects for North America to support executive decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Use Microsoft Power Platform to build solutions for organizational challenges.
- Develop executive-level reports that highlight actionable insights.
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders located across the globe.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited Bachelor or Master program in Business or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 2.7 on a 4.0 scale.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong consulting skills and the ability to think strategically.
- The ability to identify root causes using large data sets.
- A drive to solve complex problems and improve existing processes.
- The ability to work both independently and within teams.
- Comfort challenging leadership and current ways of working.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Term: Summer 2027 (starting May 25, 2027).
