About the role#
The Canada Strategy & Transformation team is looking for a Strategy Intern to support high-priority initiatives. You will work across various business units and functions, helping senior leaders shape long-term strategy and advance projects related to growth and performance. This role offers a view into key strategic decisions within the Canadian market and opportunities to connect with strategy professionals across the global organization.
What you'll do#
- Support the team in advancing the transformation agenda through research, analysis, and project work.
- Help develop insights and materials that assist leaders in evaluating strategic growth opportunities.
- Conduct research on industry trends, market positioning, customer needs, and competitive activity to support recommendations.
- Synthesize findings into clear presentations, summaries, and discussion materials for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with strategy peers and cross-functional partners to support coordination, governance, and project execution.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate, graduate, or MBA program in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn information into practical insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ownership mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Preferred: Prior experience in internships, consulting, strategy, finance, or business roles.
- Preferred: Experience creating presentation materials or communicating recommendations to stakeholders.
- Preferred: Leadership experience through student clubs, case competitions, or volunteer roles.
