About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Shakopee, Minnesota. You will gain hands-on experience by supporting strategic supply chain projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role involves working alongside professionals to drive cost reductions, improve inventory performance, and increase overall supply chain productivity.
What you'll do#
- Support strategic projects by assisting with research, analysis, and project execution.
- Track and report on key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness.
- Analyze data to uncover trends and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation for supply chain requirements, standards, and procedures.
- Participate in business system testing and validation activities to ensure systems meet requirements.
- Provide support to manufacturing sites and business teams as they adopt standard supply chain tools.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) on-site in Shakopee, MN.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
