    About the role#

    The Supply Chain Co-Op works with the Commodity Management team in Marshalltown, Iowa. You will contribute to process improvement projects and support strategic initiatives. This role involves interacting with professionals across various departments, including engineering, logistics, trade compliance, and quality.

    What you'll do#

    • Execute business process improvement and automation projects.
    • Perform commodity code standardization and updates.
    • Conduct managed versus unmanaged supplier analysis.
    • Develop training tools and work instructions for onboarding team members.
    • Assist with data analysis for supplier development and tensioning opportunities.
    • Explore solutions using AI and automation tools to improve daily tasks.
    • Support commodity managers with various operational tasks.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Class standing of sophomore or above.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
    • A problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team settings.
