    About the role#

    As an Analog Hardware Design Intern, you will work with experienced engineers to develop hardware and software products. You will be paired with a mentor who guides you through the product development cycle. This includes design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing production. You will work in a collaborative group environment where you can take initiative and solve problems independently.

    What you'll do#

    • Perform circuit design and analysis, schematic entry, board layout, or board validation.
    • Interact with staff in R&D hardware and software organizations.
    • Develop hardware and software solutions for design validation.
    • Research as required to complete your projects.
    • Diagnose and debug technical challenges.

    What you'll need#

    • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar STEM field.
    • Sophomore standing or above.
    • Understanding of electronics, computers, and programming.
    • Strong interest in digital, analog, RF, and computer technologies.
    • Proficiency in frequency-domain and time-domain design.
    • Ability to design control systems.
    • Basic understanding of digital design principles.
    • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
    • Preferred: Pursuing a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar STEM field.

    • Location: Austin, Texas.
    • This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship with a rolling term.
