    About the role#

    We are hiring a Software Engineering Co-Op to join a team focused on solving customer problems through technology. You will participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, and testing. This is a paid, full-time position based on-site in Marshalltown, Iowa. We operate on a rolling term basis.

    What you'll do#

    • Write and unit test development tasks, occasionally using pair programming.
    • Participate in requirements gathering and breakdown sessions with customers and your team.
    • Assist with functional testing and other tasks as needed.
    • Focus on learning and growing into a productive team member.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Software Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Completion of at least one object-oriented programming course.
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States. We do not provide sponsorship for this role.
    • Preferred: Sophomore status or higher.
    • Preferred: Experience with Java.NET, iOS, Android, SQL, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
    • Preferred: Ability to return for multiple co-op rotations.
