About the role#
Aerotech is hiring interns and co-ops for our Software Engineering department. You will join either the Enterprise Development Team or the Application Development Team. You will gain hands-on experience by performing the same day-to-day responsibilities as a full-time, entry-level engineer. This is a paid, full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Develop new or modify existing enterprise, library, or application level software under the supervision of experienced engineers.
- Debug software problems involving Aerotech or third-party software products.
- Conduct tests to verify the implementation of new software features and validate use cases.
- Document and organize test results for review by senior engineers.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree program in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, or Information Science.
- Must maintain a GPA of 3.25 or above.
- Thorough knowledge of an object-oriented programming language such as C++, C#, or Java.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
