About the role#
As a Supply Chain Management Intern, you will gain practical experience by working on various projects within our System Drives team. You will support daily operations, contribute to process improvements, and develop your professional skills through hands-on tasks and collaboration with our team.
What you'll do#
- Support supplier coordination and cross-functional collaboration to help ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Collect, analyze, and visualize supply chain data to generate insights and support informed business decisions.
- Map procurement processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency.
- Assist with purchase order management, delivery tracking, supplier follow-ups, and invoice reconciliation.
- Maintain and enhance SCM documentation, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Participate in team meetings and workshops to contribute ideas and solutions to business challenges.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to use critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.
- Capability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.

- Location: New Berlin, Wisconsin.
- Term: Spring 2027 and Summer 2027.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship with an expected pay range of $20 to $34 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
