About the role#
As a Manufacturing Engineering Intern, you will join a team focused on supporting and developing solutions for production operations. You will work alongside internal teams and functional groups to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This internship offers hands-on experience and professional development within a structured program.
What you'll do#
- Select, design, or recommend tools, fixtures, and equipment.
- Develop manufacturing processes and procedures to reduce problems and costs.
- Recommend design changes to increase quality.
- Solve production problems and improve process capabilities.
- Support capacity models and lean initiatives, including participation in improvement teams.
- Present test results and participate in design reviews.
- Interact with functional groups, vendors, and customers.
- Initiate and implement routine engineering change authorizations.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) on-site.
- GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Location: Brenham, Texas.
- Schedule: Full-time, on-site.
- Compensation: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour.
- Program type: Rolling internship.
