About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to gain experience across multiple HR functions while working with a collaborative team. You will explore various disciplines within the department and contribute to projects that support employee success and business strategy.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to strategic HR initiatives, including projects in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition.
- Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation by preparing materials and coordinating schedules.
- Rotate through HR functions such as employee relations, compensation, benefits, and organizational development.
- Analyze HR data and generate reports to identify trends and measure program effectiveness.
- Support HR systems and process improvements by assisting with updates and troubleshooting.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) in an on-site capacity.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling term.
- The role is based on-site at one of our Minnesota locations: Shakopee, Chanhassen, or Eden Prairie.
