About the role#
Keeley Companies is hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern for our Corporate Human Resources team in St. Louis for Summer 2027. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position. You will work directly with our team to support recruitment and HR operations.
What you'll do#
- Lead campus recruitment projects, including research for engineering and construction management career fairs.
- Conduct resume and phone screens to assess candidate fit for various roles.
- Build talent pipelines and support sourcing efforts using our applicant tracking system.
- Coordinate meetings and interviews.
- Assist with HR communications projects and summer intern program events.
- Compile data and research for assigned HR projects.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to complete a selection assessment and a pre-employment drug screen.
