About the role#
Keeley Companies is seeking Construction Management Interns to join the Operations Groups for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship based in Phoenix, Arizona.
What you'll do#
- Support Vice Presidents, Project Managers, and Project Engineers across multiple construction projects.
- Communicate and monitor subcontractor field work.
- Coordinate with superintendents and project managers on the job site.
- Review and update project schedules.
- Attend project meetings.
- Learn and adhere to safety culture and policies.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects while supporting company goals.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong aptitude for learning and intuitive listening skills.
- Organizational skills with a results-oriented approach to multitasking.
- Innovative problem-solving abilities.
- Self-starter mindset with a willingness to ask questions.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills.
- Candidates must complete a selection assessment and a pre-employment drug screen.
