About the role#
Keeley Companies is hiring a Human Resources Intern for our Corporate HR team in St. Louis, Missouri. This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027. You will work directly with our Talent Acquisition and Corporate HR teams to support daily operations and various projects.
What you'll do#
- Schedule meetings and interviews.
- Assist with HR communications projects.
- Support the coordination of new hire orientations.
- Help manage HRIS files.
- Respond to team member questions about HR policies and employee benefits.
- Research topics, compile data, and implement ideas for assigned projects.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a diverse team environment.
- Completion of a selection assessment and pre-employment drug screen.
