About the role#
Keeley Construction is hiring a Business Optimization Intern for Summer 2027. This full-time, paid internship is based on-site in St. Louis. You will work with the KCG department to find ways to improve business operations using data and technology.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate current business processes to find areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track company data and provide insights.
- Help develop AI-powered tools and workflows to streamline daily operations.
- Analyze data from various systems to spot trends and make recommendations.
- Conduct process audits and suggest fixes using analytics and AI tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for new projects.
- Present your findings and project updates to team members and leadership.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have an interest in AI, automation, and data analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
- You can interpret data and communicate your insights to others.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau is preferred.
- Experience with tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Power Automate is a plus.
