About the role#
We are looking for a student intern to join our Compensation and Payroll team at our headquarters in Columbia, Missouri. This position is for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on-site and gain hands-on experience in payroll operations and administrative support.
What you'll do#
- Assist with weekly and bi-weekly payroll audits.
- Help process garnishment orders.
- Support the team by responding to the payroll inbox.
- Assist with Union monthly reporting.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a college program, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources.
- Experience using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- A patient, professional, and polite attitude when supporting users.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn in a busy environment.

- This is a full-time, paid internship based in Columbia, MO.
- Work is performed on-site.
