About the role#
Keeley Companies is hiring Construction Management Interns for the Summer 2027 term to join our Civil Texas team. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in New Braunfels, Texas.
What you'll do#
- Support Vice Presidents, Project Managers, and Project Engineers across multiple construction projects.
- Communicate with Superintendents and Project Managers on the job site.
- Monitor subcontractor field work.
- Review and update project schedules.
- Attend project meetings.
- Learn and follow company safety policies.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team setting.
- Organized approach to multitasking.
- Willingness to ask questions and take initiative.
- Candidates must complete a selection assessment and a pre-employment drug screen.
