Summer 2027 Construction Management Internship

About the role#

Keeley Construction is seeking interns to join the Civil Texas Team for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site internship based in New Braunfels, Texas.

What you'll do#

• Support Vice Presidents, Project Managers, and Project Engineers across multiple construction projects.
• Communicate with and monitor the field work of subcontractors.
• Coordinate with Superintendents and Project Managers on job sites.
• Review and update project schedules.
• Attend project meetings.
• Learn and strictly adhere to company safety culture and policies.
• Complete assigned tasks and projects as directed.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Advanced written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and remain results-oriented.
• A proactive approach as a self-starter who is comfortable asking questions.
• An intuitive approach to learning and a desire to take on multiple tasks.
