About the role#
This Cybersecurity Engineering Co-op position is an opportunity to work within our product security team. You will support efforts to secure our product portfolio and help meet regulatory compliance requirements. This is a full-time, paid position based in Shakopee, Minnesota, for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the Product Security team to improve cybersecurity across our product lines.
- Assist in developing and implementing secure coding practices.
- Participate in agile development processes to contribute to secure software and firmware.
- Communicate technical findings and recommendations through clear writing and verbal updates.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelors engineering program, specifically Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Student-level proficiency in a programming or scripting language such as C, C++, Python, or PowerShell.
- A basic understanding of security concepts like encryption, secure software development, and regulatory compliance.
