    About the role#

    This internship provides hands-on experience within the Packaging Core Engineering department at our headquarters in Jeannette, Pennsylvania. You will work alongside senior engineers to support the integration of machinery with subsystems such as baseplates, control systems, and lubrication. The program includes individual projects, team activities, and opportunities to shadow company leadership during meetings.

    What you'll do#

    • Work with senior engineers to identify and resolve documentation gaps across core product lines.
    • Write, format, and publish technical memorandums, work instructions, and engineering standards.
    • Standardize technical philosophies to help align application, product, and test engineering teams.
    • Prepare and review technical documentation for customer specification reviews, pre-contract negotiations, and technical clarifications.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an Engineering degree program.
    • Completion of at least your sophomore year of a Bachelor’s degree.
    • Experience with Google Gemini, scripting, Excel VBA, or C++ is strongly preferred.
    • Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

    Location & details#

    • This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship for Summer 2027.
    • You must be able to commute to our Jeannette, PA headquarters Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., for the duration of the twelve-week program.
    • We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
