    About the role#

    This internship provides hands-on experience within the Continuous Improvement department at our global headquarters. You will work alongside professionals to support projects in the rotating equipment industry. The program includes individual projects, team activities, and opportunities to shadow company leadership during meetings.

    What you'll do#

    • Analyze organizational goals to scope and communicate improvement projects.
    • Evaluate manufacturing and transactional workflows using root-cause analysis tools.
    • Identify operational gaps and run improvement experiments.
    • Measure and communicate results while creating standards to drive progress.
    • Observe and contribute to internal training sessions.
    • Design and lead interactive learning sessions for stakeholders.
    • Document project outcomes and apply lessons learned to future workflows.
    • Participate in company and customer meetings.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment as a full-time student.
    • Completion of at least the junior year of a Bachelor's degree.
    • Major in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or Organizational Leadership.
    • Master's degree students in Engineering are encouraged to apply.
    • Interest in a career in Continuous Improvement.
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

    Location & details#

    • This role is based on-site in Jeannette, Pennsylvania.
    • You must be able to commute to the office Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
    • The internship lasts for twelve weeks.
