    About the role#

    As a Business Analysis and Organizational Change Management Intern, you will work at our global headquarters in Jeannette, Pennsylvania. You will gain hands-on experience in the industrial machinery industry by supporting the transition to new enterprise software. This role includes individual projects, team activities, and opportunities to shadow leadership during company and customer meetings.

    What you'll do#

    • Perform workflow feature-mapping between legacy and next-generation software to identify friction points and ensure a smooth migration.
    • Overhaul end-user training resources and lead enablement sessions to help supply chain teams adopt new systems.
    • Build and deploy a custom conversational AI assistant to provide automated support during the system rollout.
    • Monitor post-launch user inquiries and evaluate support trends to update and improve training assets.

    What you'll need#

    • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and have completed at least your junior year.
    • You must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. We do not offer visa sponsorship.

    Location & details#

    • This internship is based on-site at our headquarters in Jeannette, Pennsylvania.
    • The term is for Summer 2027.
    • You must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., for the twelve-week duration of the program.
    • This is a paid, full-time position.
