About the role#
The Product Marketing Intern will join the Product Marketing and Acquisition team at Duke Energy. This group functions as a marketing and promotion team for customer programs and services. You will gain hands-on experience by supporting marketing strategies and campaign execution during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Review marketing and communication plans while assisting in campaign development for customer programs.
- Analyze marketing channels and performance data.
- Research and study current internal and external marketing trends.
- Write and present strategy documents and Points of View to stakeholders.
- Prepare operational and informational communications for various campaigns.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a rising junior, senior, or graduate student in an accredited program.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
- A cumulative GPA of at least 2.75.
- Graduation date no earlier than August 2027.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team to meet project milestones.

- This position is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
- The role operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring a commute to the office.
- This is a full-time, paid internship for the summer of 2027.
