About the role#
As part of the Enterprise Innovation team, you will act as an internal consultant for business leaders and product teams. You will help these groups solve complex problems using Design Thinking workshops. Your work will focus on creating clarity and alignment while supporting strategic initiatives across the company.
What you'll do#
- Facilitate Design Thinking workshops to help teams address complex challenges.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal clients.
- Manage multiple complex projects at the same time.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Develop domain expertise to assist with various strategic projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program in a Design-related field, including Communications, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- A cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
- Graduation date set for after August 2027.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening before starting.
