About the role#
This internship provides students with hands-on experience in the energy sector. Interns work within the Enterprise Technology and Security department to support our business operations. You will gain exposure to professional workflows and technical projects while working alongside our teams.
What you'll do#
- Gain experience in areas including software engineering, data analytics, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and cloud engineering.
- Contribute directly to team goals and projects.
- Attend site visits, information sessions, and networking events with peers and senior leadership.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor or master degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related IT field.
- A cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
- You must not graduate prior to August 2026.
- Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without sponsorship.

- Location: Charlotte, North Carolina.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Schedule: Full-time.
- Modality: Hybrid. You must live within a reasonable commute to the facility.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
