About the role#
The Extended Warranty Business Student Experience provides an opportunity to gain hands-on professional experience while completing your undergraduate degree. You will work directly with the Protection Plus business team to support daily operations, data analysis, and technical system improvements.
What you'll do#
- Manage invoice activities within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Handle record retention duties and assist with reconciliation tasks.
- Communicate directly with the dealer network to address inquiries.
- Support data analytics and reporting optimization for extended warranty metrics.
- Assist with writing, maintaining, and testing code for internal systems and tools.
- Help create process documentation and provide training to dealers and field staff.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Business Administration.
- A preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- The ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of C#, VBA, WiX, SQL, or VB.NET is helpful for technical tasks.

- This position is located on-site in West Fargo, North Dakota.
- The role is for the Winter 2027 term.
- This is a full-time, paid position.
